Adult Lessons

"Whatever your ability... whatever your age... we have a lesson for you!"

You are never too old to start swimming. Adult lessons are available for the non-swimmer to the advanced.

Non swimmer - those who are nervous of water, returning to swimming after a long break or complete beginners.
Intermediate - those who are able to swim but wish to refine their stroke technique.
Advanced - those who are able to swim well but wish to focus on stroke technique, speed or stamina.

We offer different lesson types:

3/4 hour lessons: These are for adults who wish to learn to swim or improve their basic stoke technique.

1 hour lessons: These cater for competitive teenagers/adults who may be in training or for those who wish to challenge their own swimming ability.      

Aqua Zone also offers adult lessons for those wishing to train for a specific swimming or swim-related event such as triathlons.
